  2. Damage Replacement: If you receive a shoe that is damaged in any way, please reach out to us immediately. We will replace any damaged product to ensure you have the perfect experience.

  3. Replacement and Damage product will be delivered in 7 Business Days

      4. We Don't provide return and refund, only replacement is acceptable

Important: Please ensure to record a proper unboxing video when unboxing your package. This video will be required to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and to support any claims for replacement.
